               The NJI&BMC Women’s Steering Committee SEEDS is a newly formed committee within the Local 300 Mailhandlers Union. The Steering Committee organized in October 1999 to lay the foundation for a successful and useful tool in the process of promoting and resolving issues here at our facility.  The SEEDS Committee focuses on issues that matter to US (the Women). We can win local victories and bring women together in a nationwide effort to make a difference in our lives.  LOOK for lots of info and we hope to receive information and help from those that visit our WEB page.
